Phone Verification: Guess last 4 digits of your phone number

The Loyalty Test:

If someone truly knows you as their partner, they should know your number or personal details. This feature separates those who truly know you from those who might be confused about their relationships.

New: With call agent verification, recipients get a recorded audio of their verification attempt for complete transparency about their relationship status.

First-Try Challenge

Recipient must guess your number correctly on the first attempt only. If they guess wrong on the first try, the gift is reversed back to you.

Recipient has up to N attempts to guess correctly. If they guess correctly at least once within the allowed attempts, funds are released to them.

Unconditional Gift

Recipient gets up to N attempts to guess, but funds will be released to them regardless of the outcome. The challenge is just for fun.

Call Agent Verification

New

A professional agent calls the recipient and asks them to name the person they believe sent the gift. If they guess correctly, funds are released instantly.

Recorded Verification: Both parties receive audio recording of the call
Professional Agents: Trained personnel conduct neutral verification
Relationship Clarity: Audio proof of relationship knowledge (or lack thereof)

Example Call Script:

"Hello! You've received an anonymous gift. To claim it, please tell me: Who do you think sent this gift to you?"

Typical call duration: 2-3 minutes

Call Agent Verification Process

1. Agent Calls Recipient

A trained verification agent calls the recipient's provided phone number at a scheduled time. The agent introduces themselves and explains the verification process.

2. Identity Verification Question

The agent asks the recipient to name the person they believe sent the gift. This tests their knowledge of the relationship.

3. Instant Result & Recording

If correct, funds are released immediately to their MPesa. The entire call is recorded and both parties receive the audio file for transparency.

4. Audio Proof Delivered

Both you and the recipient receive a downloadable recording of the verification call. This provides undeniable proof of relationship knowledge or confusion.

Important Note:

Call agent verification carries an additional fee of KES 100 per call to cover agent costs and recording services. This is added to your total when selecting this option.
